Latentium Labs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates VadhuMilan with the safety of children as a fundamental priority. This document outlines our standards and practices for preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform.
1. Age Restriction
VadhuMilan is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not permit minors to create accounts or use the Service in any capacity. Users must confirm they are 18 or older during registration.
2. Zero Tolerance Policy
We maintain a zero tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Any imagery depicting the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors
- Solicitation or grooming of minors
- Any content that sexualizes minors
- Sharing, distributing, or requesting CSAM
- Any communication intended to exploit or endanger a child
Accounts found to be in violation of this policy will be immediately and permanently suspended, and all associated data will be preserved for law enforcement purposes.
3. Detection and Prevention
We employ the following measures to detect and prevent CSAE on our platform:
- Identity Verification: All users undergo phone verification and face verification to confirm they are real adults.
- Profile Review: User-uploaded photos and content are subject to review and moderation.
- In-App Reporting: Users can report suspicious or harmful content and behavior directly within the app.
- Account Monitoring: We monitor for patterns of behavior that may indicate potential exploitation or abuse.
4. Reporting and Response
When we identify or receive a report of potential CSAM or CSAE:
- The offending account is immediately suspended pending investigation.
- All relevant content and data are preserved.
- We report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via CyberTipline as required by law.
- We cooperate fully with local, regional, national, and international law enforcement authorities.
- We comply with all applicable reporting requirements under Indian law (POCSO Act), U.S. law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), and other relevant jurisdictions.
5. User Reporting
We encourage all users to report any suspected child safety concerns:
- In-App: Use the report feature available on every user profile.
- Email: Contact us at contact@latentium.com with the subject line "Child Safety Report."
All reports are treated with the highest priority and confidentiality.
